A good yield can be achieved by using less irrigation and fertilizer management. Other types of sesame yield 320 kg per acre. This Dindivanam can harvest 400 kg of sesame seeds in 5 varieties. He said that due to the additional yield, when sold in the market, one can earn substantial income.
