Thanks to their accumulated experience, farmers in these districts achieve stable harvests every year. Sesame is well adapted to the natural and climatic conditions of the northern region of the country. The crop is drought-resistant, requires little irrigation, and has a short growing season. On average, the Dashoguz region harvests approximately 10 centners of sesame per hectare. The oil obtained from it is widely used in the food industry and in the preparation of national dishes.
